Having created my list of things to do before I'm 30 i felt exempt from having to make resolutions today. However, my guilt has got the better of me and so, i have decided to make a few minor resolutions so then at least i have something to break.
So, here goes:
1. Have a very mini January detox (i.e. stop drinking as much).
2. Smile at people more - you mostly tend to get one back.
3. Stop eating biscuits - they might make you happy but they will also make you fat.
